Paris Saint-Germain accepted an offer from a Premier League club for Kylian Mbappe, but personal terms weren't agreed, according to reports.

The 24-year-old remains in a constant battle over his future with the Ligue 1 champions, after refusing to sign a new contract.

PSG previously accepted a €300m (£259m) offer from Saudi Pro League side Al Hilal for his services.

Although, the player instantly turned down the chance to move to the Gulf State.

According to Portuguese journalist Bruno Andrade, the Parisian giants also accepted an offer from an unnamed Premier League side.

"Direct order from Qatar: Mbappe, if he stays at PSG, he won't play even a minute," he wrote on Twitter, translated from Portuguese.

"It's the scenario of TODAY. French club has already accepted at least two offers for the striker, one from the Premier League and the other from Al Hilal, but there was no agreement between all parties."

Chelsea were among the clubs loosely linked with a move for Mbappe but Real Madrid remains the only realistic destination.

Mbappe’s deal expires at the end of the forthcoming season, and club officials are wanting in the region of £250m for his services.

PSG believe the player has already agreed to join Real Madrid in 2024, but insist he is not leaving on a free transfer.

Mbappe has been training with PSG's 'B team' since Monday, which includes a mix of youngsters and first-team outcasts.

The club have also stopped selling his shirts, and even took down his poster from outside the Parc des Princes.

Shirts of Chelsea-linked Neymar, who is another star expected to leave, and Messi, who joined Inter Miami last month, do remain on sale, however.

Mbappe branded PSG as a 'divisive' club during an interview with France Football in June.

The World Cup winner claimed his performances are criticised because it is harder to impress in France.

"Are people trivializing my performances?" he told the outlet.

"Yes, but at the same time, I don't blame them. In France, they saw me grow up, they see me all the time, at PSG every weekends or in selection.

"And I've been scoring a lot for years. So, for people, it's becoming normal. I've never complained that my performances are trivialized.

"I'm young and I've had the chance to It was not that long ago to be an observer, before being an actor.

"And myself, I trivialized what [Lionel] Messi was doing, what Cristiano Ronaldo was doing, what the great players were doing. We are in a consumer society, where 'it's good, but do again'.

"And the fact that I'm right next door, in Paris... I think playing at Paris-SG doesn't help much because it's a divisive team, a divisive club."
